What are my options to pay my premium? You may pay by check twice a year (six months of premium, twice a year) or initiate the ACH debit to your bank account and pay the premium monthly.
I am a Title IXX, Medicaid or public aid recipient, why would I purchase the PIS plan? Your Medicaid dental benefit is inclusive dental coverage, the greatest problem with this coverage is locating dentists that accept the coverage. Access to Care with Title IXX, Medicaid, or Public Aid coverage is very limited. Your PIS dental plan will replace the Title IXX, Medicaid, or Public Aid coverage, giving you options to Access Care on your terms. If you are a resident in a SLF, a TITLE IXX, MEDICAID or PUBLIC AID RECIPIENT, and receive a social security or pension check, you are entitled to use your “personal funds” to purchase the PIS plan, just as you may already be purchasing your Medicare Supplemental insurance.
